History:

With over 40 years of industry experience and two generations of dedicated craftsmanship, Highsun has grown into a modern joint-stock enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and global sales of precision fasteners and hardware components.

Founded in 1982 in Jiexi, Guangdong, the company started as a local fastener manufacturer and steadily expanded its production scale and technical capabilities. In 2012, Guangdong Hongshengli Hardware Products Co., Ltd. Was established, realizing standardized and large-scale production. In 2017, the company strategically upgraded and registered Guangdong Highsun Hardware Technology Co., Ltd. In Qingyuan City, launching the plan for intelligent, full-industry-chain manufacturing upgrading.

To meet the growing demand for high-precision, large-volume and high-standard orders, the company completed a full factory relocation and industrial upgrade. The brand-new Qingyuan intelligent manufacturing base finished construction in December 2024 and officially launched trial production in February 2025. The old Jiexi factory has been completely shut down, with all production capacity, equipment, technology and professional teams fully relocated to the new Qingyuan industrial park.

The new factory covers a land area of 57, 267 m² and a building area of 38, 207 m², with a total investment of RMB 300 million and 12 standardized industrial buildings. It achieves full in-house production procedures, including wire drawing, forming, heat treatment, electroplating, precision inspection and automated packaging. Zero outsourcing ensures stable quality, reliable lead time and cost advantages.

Designed with large-scale intelligent manufacturing standards, the base reaches a maximum annual production capacity of 100, 000 tons, with an estimated annual output value exceeding RMB 1.2 billion.

Our product portfolio covers standard and customized fasteners widely applied in construction, furniture, machinery and mechanical equipment industries. Products are sold nationwide and exported globally. The company strictly implements the ISO9001 quality management system to meet both domestic engineering standards and international export requirements.
